Lotus365 is an online platform registered as a limited liability company under the laws of Curacao, with a clear focus on Indian users. The platform combines sports betting, a betting exchange, slots, card games, and live casino content under one roof. Live casino games are supplied by providers such as Evolution and Royal Gaming, and the overall product selection appears tailored to preferences common among players in India.
Overview of Lotus365 Live Casino in India
Overall Impression
What's good: Our team noted that Lotus365 provides Indian users with access to live casino games from recognised providers like Evolution, bundled alongside sports betting and a betting exchange, which could appeal to those seeking multiple gambling formats in one place. A demo login feature also allows some exploration of the interface without registration.
What worried us:
- The website does not display a verified gambling license number or provide a direct link to any regulatory body, which raises questions about the platform's legal standing. However, it does place a Curacao gaming certificate icon in the footer, which is apparently fake.
- Responsible gambling tools and policies are not accessible on the public pages, leaving players without standard safeguards before or after account creation.
- Payment details, transaction limits, and support information are largely hidden behind registration, making it impossible to evaluate key terms in advance.
- Lotus365 feels less user-friendly than a modern betting or casino site should. The platform appears outdated, with a layout that can make navigation, account actions, and key information harder to find than expected.
Our take: If transparent licensing, responsible gaming features, and accessible support are important to you, Lotus365 would not meet those requirements based on what is currently visible. Players who prioritise regulatory accountability and clear terms should consider other platforms. Those already familiar with the platform should proceed with caution and review the safety precautions outlined later in this review.

How This Ranking Was Calculated
Each casino reviewed on livedealerindia.com undergoes evaluation against the same 10 weighted criteria outlined in our rating methodology. The table below shows how Lotus365 performed across these categories, drawing on our compliance checks and publicly documented information.

Raw weighted score: ~3.5/10.
Two non-negotiable safety caps apply to Becric:
- Unverifiable or fraudulent licensing → maximum rating 4.0
- No accessible responsible gambling tools → maximum rating 3.5
Two non-negotiable safety caps apply to this review. The first is "Unverifiable or fraudulent licensing," which imposes a maximum rating of 4.0, since the platform displays no verifiable license number and provides no link to a regulatory authority. The second is "No accessible responsible gambling tools," which further restricts the score. Since the raw weighted average is already 3.5, their application doesn’t really change anything and puts Lotus365 Live Casino on the blacklist.
What We Did and Did Not Test Independently
For most casino reviews, our evaluation includes a full practical test. This usually means creating an account, making a real-money deposit, playing several live dealer games, and tracking how long it takes to complete a withdrawal. We did not carry out that full testing cycle for Lotus365.
The reason is that our review found enough publicly visible issues to affect the final assessment without requiring a funded account. In particular, two separate safety caps were triggered based on information available on the site and through public checks. Because of that, depositing money was not necessary to reach a rating decision.
We still reviewed the parts of Lotus365 that can be assessed without registration. This included the website layout, navigation, game sections, provider visibility, support options, and the payment area available before sign-up. We also looked for licensing details and responsible gambling information, as these are basic trust signals that should be easy for users to find.
Lotus365 Official Website and Mobile Experience
The Lotus365 website uses a calming colour scheme and places registration and login buttons at the top of the page. Navigation is structured around key product categories: Live Casino, sports betting, slots, and card games each have their own tabs. The layout prioritises functionality over visual complexity, and players in India should find the interface relatively straightforward to use.
For mobile users, the Lotus365 platform is accessible through a responsive browser version that adjusts to smartphone screens. According to the official website, native apps for both iOS and Android are available for download. However, our quick check revealed that there's only an Android app available. There is no publicly detailed information about version requirements or device compatibility beyond these two operating systems.
Lotus365 Live Casino Bonuses for New and Regular Players
Live casino promotions tend to be less common across the industry compared to slot or sports bonuses, and Lotus365 is no exception. The platform does not publicly list detailed promotional offers on its accessible pages. Without the ability to verify bonus categories, terms, or wagering requirements before registration, it is difficult to assess what new or returning players might receive.
Based on the publicly visible information, no specific live casino bonus types could be confirmed at the time of this review.
Players should be aware that any promotional claims made by third-party sources or unofficial channels may not reflect the platform's actual terms. If you are considering any deposit based on a promotional offer, confirm its existence directly within the Lotus365 cashier or with official support.
Lotus365 Live Games Portfolio
The Lotus365 platform features a dedicated Live Casino section accessible from the main navigation. The Live Casino section on Lotus365 uses a layered navigation layout. At the top of the page, users can switch between main site areas such as Sportsbook, Indian Card Games, Live Casino, and Slots Games. Inside the casino lobby, there is also a search bar that allows players to look for specific games directly.
Below the search field, games are grouped by provider and category. The first row includes tabs such as All, More Slots, Royal Gaming, Mac88 Gaming, Aura Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, ICONIC21, BGaming, Betsoft, Caleta Gaming, Evoplay Entertainment, Hacksaw Gaming, and Pragmatic Play. A second row adds game-type shortcuts, including Teen Patti, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Aviator, Crash, Mini Roulette, and Game Shows.
The game lobby itself displays large visual tiles for available titles, making it easy to browse by image rather than text alone. However, the navigation feels crowded because many providers and categories are placed close together on the same screen. While the section offers several ways to browse games, the overall layout looks dated and could be easier to use with clearer grouping and better spacing.
Demo mode is not available for live dealer games on Lotus365. This is standard across the industry, as live tables require real-time dealer interaction and cannot be simulated in a free play format.
Payment Methods at Lotus365 Casino
The Lotus365 homepage includes deposit and withdrawal controls, and the platform accepts the Indian rupee (INR) as a valid currency. The live casino is focused mainly on Indian banking and digital payment options. The visible methods include Bank Deposit, Rupee-O, UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, IMPS, Freecharge, Google Pay, Airtel Payments Bank, and AstroPay.
However, the payment section only shows logos and does not provide enough public details about transaction limits, withdrawal availability, fees, or processing times. This is important because some methods may be available for deposits only, while withdrawals could require a different route. Players would need to check the cashier or account area for full payment conditions before using the platform.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Bank Deposit, Rupee-O, UPI, IMPS | Instant (claimed) | ❌ not verified |
| Paytm, Airtel, Freecharge, Astropay, Airtel | Instant (claimed) | ❌ not verified |

Customer Support and Player Assistance
The Lotus365 platform provides a support service for players in India, accessible from the website. There is no confirmed indication that support is offered in Hindi or other regional Indian languages.
- Live chat is available directly on the platform's page.
- WhatsApp seems to be the fastest communication channel and is promoted by the casino itself.
The range of documented support channels is limited, with live chat being the only clearly visible contact option. No FAQ section was identified on the publicly accessible pages of the website, which reduces the self-service options available to players seeking quick answers.
What to Do If You Have Money at Lotus365
We do not advise opening an account or depositing at Lotus365 Live Casino. If you already have funds there, stay calm, but take basic precautions.
- Stop adding funds. Avoid further deposits until any account or payment concerns are resolved.
- Save evidence. Screenshot your balance, transaction history, withdrawal status, and support chats with visible dates.
- Use written communication. Submit withdrawal requests by email where possible, not only through live chat.
- Ask for exact reasons. If a payout is refused, request the specific rule being applied in writing.
- Monitor your payment accounts. Check your bank, card, or wallet for unfamiliar activity and contact the provider if needed.
- Secure your account. Enable login and transaction alerts if the platform offers them.
This is general safety guidance and should not replace legal, banking, or financial advice.
Where to Play Live Casino Instead of Lotus365?
Playing live casino games or engaging in any other form of gambling at Lotus365 is not something we would recommend, given the issues outlined in this review. If you are looking for a live casino platform that serves Indian players, our website features a curated list of operators that have gone through our full review process and achieved a rating above 7.
These alternatives offer verifiable licensing, accessible responsible gambling tools, and transparent terms, all of which Lotus365 currently lacks. You can browse the full list on our website to find a platform that meets your requirements.
FAQ
Online gambling regulation in India varies by state, and overall gambling laws in India keep changing. The platform claims incorporation under Curacao law, but no verifiable license number or link to a regulatory authority is displayed. Players should consult local legal resources before using the platform.
Live casino games operate on standard rules where outcomes depend on the game type and provider software. However, there is no guarantee of payouts at any casino. At Lotus365, the absence of verifiable licensing raises additional concerns about whether withdrawal requests would be processed reliably.
